About Us
Whether you're looking for a place to spend the day or a life-time, Sterling will touch your heart. Small enough that everyone will know your name but large enough to offer a variety of experience and opportunities. Sterling takes pride in preserving the heritage of its community while being progressive and planning for the future.
The Chamber of Commerce helps promote the growth of local business. Because of the quality of life in Sterling, it is not hard to sell to businesses seeking to relocate. The chamber has "ambassadors" who help make any arrangements to meet the need of prospective businesses, from making hotel arrangements to helping with real estate needs.
The chamber hosts three major community events each year. The Old Fashioned Fourth of July is several days of family fun that draws people from all over. The Warrior Fest is a time to gather downtown and celebrate with Sterling College. Finally, the Old Fashioned Christmas is a visit from Santa to kick off downtown activities for the Christmas season. The Chamber also sponsors e-Communities, Shred Day and the County Wide Garage Sell.
